2. Is the giveaway free to enter?
Yes, entering the giveaway is completely free. However, we do charge a $2.99 fee for shipping the artwork to your home. There are no charges for the print, the artwork, or the mailing tube container—it’s just the USPS shipping cost.
3. How are the winners chosen?
Winners are selected randomly using the RafflePress platform. Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected. This will be recorded for transparency and will be included on our next giveaway video.

19. Do you ship internationally for the giveaways?
No, mainly because of the cost. We charge $2.99 for USA delivery. Outside of the USA the cost becomes ineffective, compare to the actual cost of the 13” X 19” print.
20. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location. For domestic orders, it usually takes 5-7 business days. International orders from our store may take 10-14 business days.
21. Can I return or exchange a print?
Because each print is part of a limited edition, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the print is damaged during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

To ensure the longevity of your print, frame it with UV-protected glass and keep it away from direct sunlight or moisture. Handling the print carefully will also preserve its quality.
